… A native of Jamaica, has worked for some of the regions finest hotels and restaurants providing the very best in catering and event planning services for private and corporate clients in the Philadelphia area. Chef Carl Lewis has over 30 years working experience in the culinary industry with experience ranging from banquet style catering to overseeing various restaurants and projects including a few steakhouses in the Philadelphia area. Chef Carl founded his own catering company self titled “Catering by Carl Lewis” and is now opening his first major project under its title.
